The community of Kenyon, MN has been home for over 30 years. Ann and her husband live on a small farm where they raised their four sons on home-grown beef, potatoes, and well-water.
Ann graduated from the University of Minnesota, attending both Waseca and the Twin Cities campuses. Her studies then were in animal science.
Ann's strong interest in agriculture continues with her now assisting farm businesses transitioning to new formations and new generations.
Business law practice interests include business formation, contracts, real estate, and easements.
Estate planning most often includes a will designating who will inherit your assets.
Trusts are used to increase control over the assets, and sometimes to increase privacy over the probate process.
Estate planning is not complete without also creating a health care directive and power of attorney documents.
Ann can offer options and advice in each of these areas of estate planning.
